Job Overview:
A law graduate who has a keen interest in local and International laws, and a sharp sense of English/legal drafting and writing, and an acumen for legal research, to join our growing legal team.
Job Description
- Various corporate legal matters; (e.g. intellectual property, compliance issues, transactions, agreement drafting/vetting, lawsuits etc.
- Developing company policy and position on legal issues. Researching, anticipating, and guarding company against legal risks.
- Drafting and reviewing reports and other legal documents.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings (trials etc.).
Skills/Aptitude required :
- LLB or LLM graduate (external /foreign degree holder )
- At lest 3 years experience in a company/cooperate law
- Experience in IP Law
- Sound analytical ability and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written or communication skills
- Must be License to practice
