Prepare Letters for Confirmation, Extention of Probation, Promotion, Salary Increment or Bonus, Disciplinary, Warning, Termination of Service.
Develop and Coordinate Employee Benefits: SESSI, EOBI, Provident Fund, Health Insurance.
Plan, Coordinate and Conduct Company HR Events.
Coordinate Training Session.
Payroll Calculations, Allowances, Encashments, Bonus Payments, Reimbursements Deductions.
