Project Assistant – Emerging Fast Food Restaurant

An emerging fast-food restaurant chain in Karachi is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support its expanding operations. This full-time role focuses on managing vendor relationships, sourcing ingredients, and overseeing various operational tasks to ensure smooth daily functioning across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 8 years of experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurant (QSR) backend operations, with a solid understanding of industry standards and operational workflows. The position demands a proactive professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to maintaining efficient restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of ingredients.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational activities across several fast-food locations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold operational standards and streamline processes.
- Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and support various operational projects.
