- Responsible for planning and leading projects through all internal and external processes, and navigate the project life cycle
- Ensure the issuance of all drawings, demands, job cards and IDM’s (Inter Departmental Memos) for execution (to successor department) according to IDM and project report
- Take immediate action for any unforeseen delay in manufacturing process
- Liaison with procurement, vendors, and Production units in case of any delays throughout the project life cycle.
- Visit works (when required) for monitoring of jobs as per requirement
- Visit at works during assembly of projects, equipment for troubleshooting of related problems
- Ensure accuracy of packing list of all projects according to drawing & purchase order •Ensure proper filing of complete project reports upon completion of each project
