- To implement all project related activities according to the project timeframe and ensure smooth implementation of the project throughout the project life cycle.
- Provide leadership to project staff in all aspects of project planning, implementation and monitoring.
- Ensure projects meets its targets, deliverables and outcomes.
- Collect data related to project and share with KM team of core office for knowledge products.
- Assist in training sessions required for skill development or capacity building under the project
- Assist in sensitization sessions conducted under the project
- Prepare and disseminate IEC material in districts
- Coordinate and facilitate in other activities as and when required Provide advice and guidance to staff on critical areas even those that may not be covered under given policies.
- Assist in the making of formal and informal reports and reporting schedules on all aspects of the projects-including donor requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support in developing staff objectives, KPIs and their performance management, undertake staff appraisals as per HR policies, supervise and mentor staff directly managed.
- Undertake any reasonable activity requested by CEO including networking and representational tasks.

- Comply with all HF policies and procedures pertaining to gender equality, health, safety and environment.
