The Project Coordinator role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service to top-tier clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and adherence to project SLA expectations. This position requires a motivated individual capable of managing ambiguous requests, coordinating ongoing deployment schedules, and balancing multiple priorities simultaneously. The role demands independent thinking and strong decision-making skills to successfully execute project tasks and support client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project schedules to meet client deadlines and SLA requirements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
- Handle multiple competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
- Apply independent judgment and intellectual abilities in problem-solving and decision-making
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues as necessary to ensure successful delivery
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting related to project activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage complex project schedules
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and teams
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making capabilities
- Experience in customer service or project coordination within an IT environment is preferred
