The details of the position are as under:
- Maintain the accounts and keep it updated. Attempt and successfully pass the account activation tests on Elance, Freelancer, Odesk and other Portals.
- Search for new clients by networking and using other techniques that helps in generating interest from potential clients.Bid on available web development,explainer videos designing projects as per company’s requirement Short listing Projects on Elance/Odesk (projects of website development, payment gateways, etc.) Preparing Estimates/Proposal for the Projects
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Managing Communication with clients.
- Performs as a bridge between clients and the technical team and ensures there is no communication gap.Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Handle objections by clients, by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Meet a monthly target as per decided by the company.
