Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall supervision of the project activities in respective districts.
- Provide direction and support to project team to adhere all quality standards during the project implementation and manage the field team as to adherence of project activities
- Complete the project tasks timely and according to outcomes/deliverables indicated in the project document.
- Develop project activity plan for all staff
- Ensure Periodic field visits of project activities for timely and efficient implementation of agreed plans
- Give technical advices on project activities and monitor the activities as per set timelines.
- Ensure the smooth and optimum function of the project, using personal initiative to push the project into the future and optimize activities
- Support in hiring of professional staff, assigning their role and extend support to work in a team.
- Donor reporting and meetings
- Ensure proper and on-time execution of planned project activities
- Ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources to achieve the desired outcomes
- Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports, case studies and other reports as required by donors and the organization
- Placement of trainees after completion of their training
- Regular follow-up with trainees placed on jobs and support to trainees who have started their own business
- Any other task assigned by the line manager
Required Qualification and Experience
- Master in Social Science/Business Administration from a HEC recognized university
- 04-06 years experience in the field of coordination and project implementation
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Experience of working with NGOs would be preferred
- Result-oriented team player
- Good communication skills
- Competent IT skill
