The Project Liaison Officer is needed in International charitable organization she/He will oversee and support on aspects of the Projects
- To ensure that business services are accomplished in an effective, efficient and timely manner and in compliance with all legislative, policy and procedural guidelines of organization, as applicable.
- Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Provide technical, administrative and financial support on the implementation of the project activities.
- Coordinating and supporting meetings, events, and workshops and development of awareness materials and activities.
- Raising awareness of project objectives and outputs to the donors.
- Use creative and innovative ways to promote community engagement.
- Assist in the preparation of work-plans, internal reports, and donor reports.
- Addressing obstacles that may affect project implementation
- Facilitating meetings and cooperation among people, agencies and organizations;
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities of contact.
Skills
- You must have had experience of working within a client liaison or client engagement role in the past.
- You must have an understanding of planning consents and site possessions.
- You must have had exposure to land access previously as an intermediary.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
- Capability to negotiate with and influence others.
