Unity Films Software, a forward-thinking company specializing in video production, digital storytelling, and software solutions for the media and entertainment industry, is offering a paid Project Manager Internship at their Rawalpindi onsite location. This internship is designed for recent graduates eager to gain practical experience in project management within a creative and technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track. Coordinate communication between creative, technical, and management teams to facilitate smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and support efforts to meet deadlines. Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports, project documentation, and meeting summaries. Support budgeting activities, resource allocation, and vendor coordination related to ongoing projects. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements. Ensure all project documentation and communications are organized, accurate, and up to date.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must be recent graduates; current students are not eligible. A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, Media Production, or a related field is required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively liaise with various teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools are expected. Candidates should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A basic understanding of the project lifecycle and workflow management is required. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a paid internship offering a monthly stipend ranging from Rs15,000 to Rs20,000, with additional performance-based incentives. Interns will receive professional mentorship from experienced project managers and department leads, gaining valuable insights into managing creative and software projects. The internship provides hands-on experience in a supportive and growth-oriented onsite work environment. The contract duration is three months, with a full-time commitment expected throughout this period. Upon successful completion, interns are guaranteed consideration for a full-time position within the company.
