- The project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of project outputs as indicated in the project time line.
- To do this, the project manager must be able to manage and insure that the team is working harmoniously by monitoring team outputs on a regular basis and planning, designing and structuring solutions for successful performance management.
- He/ She must insure conformity of these outputs to the standards by the projects.
- He/ She must assure that all project risks are monitored and controlled.
- He/ She must report on the project status to the program manager.
Required Skills & Experience:
- The person shall have at least 10 Years of experience in IT and 05 Years of experience in single window projects.
- Must have a relevant certification.
- Must have strong track record on successful management of complex technical projects, delivering the project on or ahead of schedule
- Must possess a general understanding in the areas of application programing, database and systems design.
- Proven communication, analytical & problem-solving skills to help support the development process and insure that project deliverables are met according to specifications
- Must have strong demonstrated organizational and time management skills including negotiating, decision-making, research and analysis, interpersonal skills and people management skills.
- He/she must have high tolerance to stress.
