Located in Bahria Town, Phase 7, Rawalpindi, this full-time, on-site position offers a morning shift schedule. We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead projects that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on production experience and strong capabilities in developing and managing detailed work plans. This role involves regularly preparing and presenting project updates to management, ensuring that all efforts align with our innovation objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and develop the project team by providing clear purpose, direction, and motivation to maximize performance. Lead projects from requirements gathering through deployment, including creating schedules, defining scope, estimating budgets, and planning implementation with risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget. Continuously analyze project status and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for project updates and changes. Develop and maintain processes for managing project scope throughout the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks. Manage integrated, multitrack performance databases across digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects. Cultivate partnerships with third-party vendors and researchers to support project goals. Assign and monitor resources to optimize efficiency and deliverables. Report project outcomes and risks to management and escalate issues according to the project plan.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of four years’ experience in project management is essential. Proven expertise in developing web technologies and software platforms with a focus on usability is required. Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and budget constraints is necessary. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities, are critical. A Master’s degree is required, along with a professional project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2. Proficiency in English and the ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Experience in developing platforms that improve internal processes is highly desirable. Proven ability to coach and develop project team members to enhance their skills and performance is an advantage. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs250,000 to Rs350,000.
