Project Manager (PMP or PMO) Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background combined with proven project management experience. This role demands the ability to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed successfully within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. Effective communication in English, both spoken and written, is essential, as is a commitment to working on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring all objectives are achieved within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management, keeping them informed of progress and challenges.
- Ensure all projects comply with organizational standards and align with industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, showcasing strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory for clear communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Holding a Certified Professional Certificate in Project Management is highly preferred. Relevant certifications include PMP (Project Management Professional) or other PMO-related credentials.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs250,000.00 to Rs350,000.00.
- This position requires the candidate to work on-site at the designated location.
