- Prepare & update master construction schedule with good experience Privera (P6)
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports highlighting progress and cost performance / projections
- Preparation of the IPC (Interim Payment Certificate), progress monitoring and reporting formats
- Verify and check the planning and work performed by subcontractors are aligned with the BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
- Prepare project progress report, Variance reports on weekly / monthly basis as required by the management
- Monitor actual resources Vs. scheduled & report to management
- Analyzing the progress reports and suggesting corrective actions
- Ensure that all project activities are as per the scope of works and timely completed
- Visiting sites for monitoring the on ground situations and handling problems
