REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of:

Current trends, developments, and theories in job readiness training.

Laws, regulations, and rules governing work requirements for SECP and FBR.

Organizational development, human resources, and program operations.

Complete knowledge about Quick books enterprises solution 16.0 (2015) and well aware about new features and report customization.

General office software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite and & other accounting software.

Ability to:Review & analyze the Accounting records including Book Keeping, Financial Statements and other analysis of Financial Reports to check the accuracy & reliability.

Well aware about Taxation Process including final returns and other tax requirements according to Regulations.Develop, Record & analyze projected budgets and make a final report or presentation that compare projected and actual cost of the company and access the overall performance at theend of year.

Create and assess financial statements and budget documents.

Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all clients of the organization, including funding organizations, the Board of Directors, local community advocates, participants, andemployers.

Supervise staff, including regular progress reviews and plans for improvement.

Proficient in professional English to Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.

Fast & Efficient typing Skills.

Education:

A master's degree at an accredited college or university (in Finance) MBA, ACCA or CFA preferred.

Experience:

Assistant to a Senior Finance Manager or Finance Head.Three to Four years of financial experience and management experience with the day-to-day financial operations of an organization of at least 50 staff persons or in a well reputed organization. (candidates related to insurance and tracking industry will be preferred)

Quick books enterprises solution at least 2 years working experience.
