- Maintains CRM by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Gathering customer base information & identifying key persons in the company.
- Gathering information about sales & offers in the market.
- Keep track of expected upcoming sales in the market & proactively update the app.
- Research on new clients & accounts as per assigned targeted list.
- Going to different customer bases & identifying the key accounts.

- Prepares source data for CRM entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
- Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Strong internet surfing & researching skills are required.
Must be excellent in using Microsoft office.
