Main objective:

  • Meeting the needs of the customer and partners.
  • New profitable accounts acquisition & Retention.
  • Achieving sales target & maintain margins growth.
  • Providing in-depth insight of customers feedback & requirements.
  • Coordination with development teams for direct insights of the customers.
  • Deliver to the customer more than promised & on committed timelines.
  • Assist customers to provide a roadmap and create a win-win situation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to identify new prospects and innovative in finding the right contact in the company.
  • Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly, communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Experience:

Preferred is to have 1-2+ years of experience in selling software subscriptions.

Education:

Must be holding 14 or above years of education degree.
