To run manufacturing process reliably and efficiently and submit daily production report to section head.
- Follow and execute the production of assigned projects as per given plan and discuss any potentail issue timely.
- Responsible of the issuance of materials / WIPs in the System and in case of any delay report to section head.
- Responsible to perform routine inspections and quality tests that final products meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Regularly monitor the workload and anticipate worker requirement in advance to meet the targets.
- Ensure shift wise and sub shift wise documentation of production and damages / rejections in Excel.
- Responsible to closely monitor, manage workers performance, ensure their attendance and discipline. provide necessary counseling and guidance as and when required.
- Responsible to keep tools in safe custody, ensure monitoring the efficiency of production equipment and ensure that the operator of any equipment has the training and knowledge of operating.
- Responsible to minimize, control wastage of raw material and WIPs during production process.
- Ensure all working areas and work processes are in accordance with health & safety rules.
- Timely share skill wise resource requirement with section head if any special skills require to assign a job.
- Maintaining safe and clean work environment by educating the operators on safety operating procedures.
