- Work with the sales & OM Team to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time
- Create & Implement key learning document for future projects
- Operate as point of contact for any & all matters that impact project timelines
- Oversees & Monitor internal ERM protal activity for sales teams
- Work with OM team to ensure timely & successful delivery of project imlementations according to customer agreements
- Assist sales team in managing client expectation by ensuring due diligence on internal & external docummentation. Tracking change through change control documenation. Provide updates on projects to sales teams for sharing with clients. Projects implementation schedule & related documents for assigned projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned
