- Handle customer queries with reference to their different requirements of ranging from product campaigns, to award programs, to promotion of their product/corporate image.
Suggest different product Ideas to the customer and obtain approval on the product type and material from the customer.
Liaise with the Development department for the development of the product prototype and send to the customer for approval.
Liaise with internal Supply Chain and Production to prepare the cost sheet and to prepare the final quotation for the customer.
Assist in handling all customer complaints in relation to the product design, development, quality and delivery.
To get order launch timely in internal system by the help of order management team.
Coordinate with production / order management teams to ensure timely delivery of the product to the customer.
Preparing invoices as per the predefine SOP.
Prepare various Marketing Presentations
Maintain Records (Files & Database)
Sales analysis.
