- Handle customer queries with reference to their different requirements of ranging from product campaigns, to award programs, to promotion of their product/corporate image.
- Suggest different product Ideas to the customer and obtain approval on the product type and material from the customer.
- Liaise with the Development department for the development of the product prototype and send to the customer for approval.
- Liaise with internal Supply Chain and Production to prepare the cost sheet and to prepare the final quotation for the customer.
- Assist in handling all customer complaints in relation to the product design, development, quality and delivery.
- To get order launch timely in internal system by the help of order management team.
- Coordinate with production / order management teams to ensure timely delivery of the product to the customer.
- Preparing invoices as per the predefine SOP.
- Prepare various Marketing Presentations
- Maintain Records (Files & Database)
- Sales analysis.
