We're looking to add an HR professional (with a minimum experience of 4 years) to shape the culture as our company scales.
This position reports directly to the COO.
- Develop HR policies and procedures and ensure their implementation in letter and spirit.
- Develop and implement a performance management system.
- Handle the complete life cycle of recruitment from attracting, screening and onboarding qualified personnel.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport and gauge morale.
- Process documentation and handle requests from employees (leaves, grievances, trainings, evaluations).
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
