JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Result-oriented professional -Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once -Good Team player with Interpersonal, good verbal and oral communication skills in English -Should have strong hands on experience in sourcing for Leadership roles and Mass hiring.
-Should be strong in sourcing candidates from job boards, Linkedin, headhunting, via references campus etc. Good at social media recruiting; spend considerable time with the candidates to evaluate them based on their experience, achievements, behavior, cultural and motivational fitment. -Should be responsible to sourcing to Joining of the candidate -Should have handled Mass Hiring & Leadership Hiring (independently) -Should have experience in preparing Job Descriptions, based on specific briefs given - Proficient in usage of MS Office tools - Publish recruitment reports, metrics and dashboards periodically OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED -Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills Ability to meet deadlines and is solution driven -Ability to work independently under minimal supervision -Excellent written and verbal communication with proficiency in English -Should be able to handle work pressure
