1- Source mainly from local, international and Iraqi suppliers.
2- Should be able to analyze the RFQ Requests.
3- Understand the requirement and email suppliers.
4- Call suppliers for acknowledgement or if they have any clarifications.
5- Follow up with supplier to received quotes with best price, delivery and payment terms.
6- Plot/Prepare excels as per our Excel format/template.
7- Excels should include Supplier Quotes.
8- Share the Excel with the Sourcing Heads to verify if all correct, including the freight table, costing etc.
9- Once the excel is complete and verified by the Sourcing head, need to send this to the Sales the Management by Email or Skype.
10- Specs has to be there for each and every line item.
11- Help Sourcing Team with your contacts of Suppliers and Customers.
12- Should be able to work under pressure.
13- Should be able to work as part of the team.
14- Support in generating International Sales, with advance payment options.
15- Targets will be set and incentives will be applicable.
16- For Sick leave, Hospital Certificate should be presented.
17- Good attitude should be maintained both in the office and with clients.
