RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate for billing to
Interconnect operators as per terms of agreementsMaintaining Dispute register on SAP
Resolution of customer dispute(s)
on timely basisReconciliation of accounts with
relevant customersInteract with the customers for
settlement and recovery of PTCL receivablesMaintenance of PTCL receivable
ledger with respect to age analysisReporting of related party reports
on monthly basisMaintenance of BGs, prepayments and
advances from customers where applicable as per the terms of the agreement
