MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- As and when required be available to resolve customer issues & respond to queries & submit reports.
- Maintaining Cordial Relations with Key Customers & bridging gap between Key clients & PTCL Internal teams for Day to Day issues.
- Fault Coordination-Inter Deptt/Intra Deptt Coordination for Corporate Fault Rectification with Stipulated TAT/ETTR
- Coordination with customers on deployment and fault management to get feedback for performance improvement
- Database Management of Key Corporate Client Services , Documentation of Downtime Report and Other Misc Documents (Advice Notes etc)
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
Education: BS/BE/BBA
Experience: At least 1-3 years relevant experience required
