MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


 

Oversee customer communication operations

  • Monitor & keep track of customer communication performance & KPIs.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks on customer communication and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for improved & efficient customer communication.
  • Take required action on customer feedback.

 

 Devise and implement customer communication policies

  • Implement customer communication policies and rules at all available communication inventory.
  • Suggest policies & procedures for better customer communication experience.

 

 Control & reporting activities

  • Handle customer feedback in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure correct and timely information to customers.
  • Use appropriate communication inventory to reach customers.
  • Follow up with relevant stakeholders for improved customer communication.
  • Provide timely reports regarding customer feedback.

 

Training to customer communication team

  • Establish strong feedback channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate reporting employees.
