JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and evaluate market information requests, direct query.
- Identify new business opportunities, new trends and customer requirements by monitoring the market.
- Analyze market information to understand the requirements and preferences of the existing and the potential customers.
- Execute appropriate customer research to support the company’s long range plans and annual operating plans.
- Conduct consumer studies to understand packaging, product, positioning, brand equity and new products.
- Conduct analysis of existing customer base to determine product/revenue opportunities.
- Provide analysis and insight for internal business intelligence.
- Conduct on demand analysis including but not limited to customer behavior, Products, traffics, revenue, network elements, complaints, sales and channel
- Conduct pricing analysis of external companies as a benchmark for own product pricing.
- Facilitate end users and coordinate with IT Team for regular reporting and analyses using BI Tools
- Provide input for business plans of new products proposed after market research.
- Work with end users and business application analyst to develop high level business processes.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in Business/Engineering.
