MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Configuration fault handling of optical fiber access network.
· Configuration of PRIs,MSAGs , voice broadband ports.
· Migration of MSAGs and site swapping on system and CRM
· Working on Siebel, MAXIMO , BPM.
· Preparation of ring topology on regular basis and getting it updated by NOC.
· Working on solarwind and enhancement of bandwidth accordingly in coordination with transport team.
· Knowledge of GPON and fault analysis.
· Complete fault analysis of broadband and voice in coordination with MMnBB , transport , PIE and business team .
· Coordination with NOC team .
· Power fault analysis and rectification in coordination with field team OFAN . Coordination with CRM SD North , business , corporate voice team , GPON HQ team etc.
· Taking of routine reconciliation of data in coordination with CRM and NOC.
· Weekly daily reports generation.
· Commissioning of new NE in coordination with vendor.
· Opening of ticket with vendor.
· Closing of ticket at service manager.
