MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitating the implementation and delivery of HR initiatives as the key interface in business operation centers.
- Developing and improving HR systems and policies in line with best practices
- Supporting the delivery of HR strategy in line with business objectives
- Supporting HR initiatives related to talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change
- Working in partnership with the operations team to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Support improved organizational and people performance in line with business needs
- Provide support to managers on employee relations and HR challenges in line with Company policies and best practice including disciplinary cases, grievances, performance, redundancy and absence management
- Support other roles within the HR team as required.
