RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primarily responsible for 24/7 application support including Deployments, Application monitoring and configurational
- Changes in OSS
- Indepth knowledge of BSS & OSS platforms especially Integrations platforms
- Incident management within targeted SLA/OLA
- Service Request Fulfillment
- Order management /User management/Account management process
- Liaison with vendor for RCA’s on System operational issues
- Analyzing new Business requirement and performing end-to-end testing
- Enabling L1 support team to cater with new changes implemented in Applications/processes
- Performing overall operations of OSS integrations with allied platform
- Provide guidance and advice for all technical aspects of the system implementation
- Good communication & team management skills
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification:
- Professional degree in Engineering (IT, Computer Science, or Electronics) from a reputable HEC recognized institute.
Experience:
- Must have an experience of 1 - 3 years in the related role
