RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop policies and SOPs for System Operations’ Maintenance and Security.
- Design and recommend improvements in systems and procedures.
- Maintain SLAs for Email operations.
- Maintain OLAs for Email operations.
- Ensure application of developed policies and processes.
- Monitor the performance of Servers/SANs installed.
- Operational Tasks related to Windows infrastructure, which includes AD, Exchange, Office 365, MS Lync Administration.
- Planning and designing of new projects.
- System State & Database Backups and Patch Management of Servers.
- Antivirus Installation on servers in Production along with newly prepared servers.
- Level 2 support to end user and support team.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification:
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer sciences.
Expertise:
- Microsoft AD, DNS, MS Exchange, Office 365
- ITIL
Required Skills:
- Leadership Skills
- Management Skills
- Strategic analytical capability
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills
Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
