JOB OVERVIEW




AM Social Media will be responsible to
manage Digital Support Channels that will include addressing customer
queries/complaints, maintaining Service Level, and oversee customer service
across our Digital Platforms such as Web Chat, Email, Social Media Pages.



 
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES





 



  • Monitor customer issues and transaction handling of the
    team members.

  • Responsible to maintain Service Level at Emails, Social
    Media, and Web chat.

  • Coaching employees on content creation and best
    practices.

  • Managing workforce, staff scheduling and capacity
    planning.

  • Working with other customer support teams to ensure
    quick and high-quality of support

  • Leverage social media monitoring to escalate the voice
    of the customer

  • Drive process improvement across multiple areas
    including workflow, operational procedures and training.

  • Manage various teams with diverse operational goals and
    functions.

  • Execute planning and goal setting associated with
    increasing utilization of Digital On-boarding new employees and train them on
    the required expertise and skill set.

  • Reporting & Analysis of Daily, Weekly & Monthly
    performance.

  • Interpret, study and extract useful conclusions for
    decision making from the reports.

  • Work with internal support teams to collect, track and
    manage bugs and support issues.

  • Work towards the development and deployment of modern Social
    Media Management Tools.
