RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting the compliance of Key Performance Indicators of voice and data network, such as: CSSR, CDR, HSR, etc.
- Reporting the worst cells of each technology and service in use, for due improvements by zonal teams.
- Follow up of Cell Level, BSC Level, City Level issues on regular basis.
- Report dips in traffic, or change in network trends and suggest measures that may improve the network nodes.
- Regular reporting on the network performance, from an end-to-end perspective, from the RF end to the Wireless Core network.
- Assist in the design, implementation and enhancement of a tool, based on a prescribed software, that shall efficiently process network statistics, for all nodes and all vendors, from counter level inputs.
- The tool will present an end-to-end picture of the network health & provide relative performance changes.
- Inputs from other sources relevant to gauging the network performance and identifying network changes shall also be incorporated.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the tool and database, debugging and enhancements.
- Regular follow up with zonal optimization teams for follow up for resolution of worst performing cells.
