JOB OVERVIEW
Assistant Manager Wireless Operations is primarily responsible to develop and maintain the wireless network efficiently through vigilant monitoring and effective coordination among field teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall monitoring and maintenance of wireless network and responsible for BSC’s, DRS network and associated servers/NMS’s in Karachi region.
- Vigilant BTS outage monitoring and supervision of field team for fault resolution and BTS outage reduction.
- BSC and Encode B level configurations and supervision of upgradation activities.
- Analysis and troubleshooting of hardware faults
- Monitoring and maintenance of WLL Karachi region Microwave NE’s
- Effective planning and implementation of new projects and coordination with network deployment team and vendor for conducting Pre-acceptance Tests of projects
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification:
- Professional Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication)
Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in relevant field
