As EVP (Commercial Planning), you will be leading the Commercial Planning function of both wireless and fixed line business, managing the structuring and pricing levels of products/services and playing a vital role in Geo-Planning & Analysis. Major Responsibilities include: Commercial Planning, Performance and Programme Management: · Lead the quarterly and annual exercise of preparing commercial analysis, plans and strategy by working closely with commercial, technology, sales, marketing and finance teams. · Lead the Commercial analysis function by conducting deep dive analysis, monitoring competitor activity, identifying various growth opportunities and best practices. · Lead the Commercial Planning & Performance team to ensure effective commercial planning and performance management across commercial functions and local markets. · Responsible for ensuring effective delivery of specific commercial initiatives across markets. · Review specific commercial programmes strategy, plans and performance as well as support running of the programme office for specific transformational commercial projects. · Strategizing, Planning, designing and implementation of new processes/programs/initiatives/reports and improving on existing ones. · Lead the commercial investment analysis function to prepare business models for all the key investment decisions. · Establish and implement a budget prioritization process, based on marketing goals, and a variety of marketing supported activities and initiatives to ensure business goals are achieved. Pricing: · Lead a team and activities related to the structuring and managing of pricing and determine pricing levels to ensure competitiveness of product/ services in market. · Lead team that handle pricing activities by conducting analysis and studies to identify the most appropriate pricing plans/packages for existing and new products. · Lead team that develop & conduct necessary analysis, Business Cases & Feasibility Studies to achieve successful determination of prices propositions and apply methods, procedures and tools for optimizing the price analysis activity, and identify opportunities for revenue growth through price changes, using market data. Geo-Planning and Analysis · Lead team providing GIS services in line with the company strategy – Taking into account the marketing and sales forecasts and requirements · Lead team that Manage GI in order to locate the best geographical areas of network deployment and expansion and support in identification of performance issues and its root causes from a regional perspective · Lead a team that provide GIS services to enable planning teams to plan and design fiber infrastructure (backbone, FTTx, Access, etc.) more efficiently for new build, extension, customer connection and customized solutions. · Effectively supporting pre-sales activities related with fiber services, provides necessary outputs and analysis to sales teams and contribute in developing new fiber related business model studies and feasibility analysis · Works across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration and alignment for shared goals.
