IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Appear before the courts along external counsel including High Court, NIRC, district courts and tribunals
- Examine the cases and Identify key legal issues.
- Legal research and provide analysis of various judgements to prepare para-wise comments
- Vetting of legal documents and rendering advice on various issues
- Diligently identify legal risk and opportunities, compose mitigating measures and communicate the same to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to establish legal processes and procedures
- Preparation of witnesses for evidence in coordination with external counsel
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Assisting the line manager in case disposal and day to day task
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification:
Degree from HEC recognized university in LLB and/or LLM
Experience:
Proficient experience in itigation.

- Business Acumen
- Communication skills and external relationship management
- Litigation management
