IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Generate sales of Ufone products with the help of business partners in the assigned territory/area and ensure their business profitability.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Have knowledge about Ufone’s products on sale
- Be aware of the competitors operating in the area and their activities
- Be able to manage stocks and logistics of Ufone products i.e., recharge cards, sims etc. to ensure they reach the franchise and distributors on time
- Have knowledge of the franchises and how they operate
- How to maximize your income by going the extra mile to achieve your targets
- Be aware of your area dynamics and its population
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
1. Qualification
Minimum Bachelors degree
2. Experience:
Fresh graduates or individuals with prior Sales experience of 1-2 years
3. Competencies:
- Good with numbers
- Comfortable at initiating a conversation. With anyone and anywhere!
- Can negotiate and put your point across
- Has problem solving attitude
- Fluent in respective regional languages
