IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Leading Audit Quality Assurance & Improvement Program
- Performing Risk Assessment & Annual Audit Planning
- Leading Follow-up & Compliance
- Validation of implemented action plans
- Conducting / Monitoring Whistle Blow Investigations and Special Assignments
- Custodian IA Governance Documents and responsible for periodical review / update in consultation with IA Management.
- Monitor and evaluate reporting employees
- Assist GM in day-to-day administration of department, reporting staff and budgets.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Performing regular Audit Quality Assessment & Improvement review for PTCL, Ufone & Ubank
- Assisting in Audit Committee reporting on Annual and Quarterly Basis
- Work with IA PMO Office for Annual Risk Assessment and Audit Planning
- Supervising Compliance and Follow-up of reported Action Plans
- Validate implementation of action plan during follow-up
- Responsible for periodical review / update of IA Governance Documents in consultation with IA Management.
- Coordinating with Etisalat Group for different Group Activities.
- Conducting special assignments and consulting engagements.
- Monitor and evaluate reporting employees
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (ACA) / ACCA / MBA or related qualification
- CIA & CISA Certification will be a plus
- Experience:
- Prior experience in Corporate Audit / Finance
- Articles from reputed firm, if applicable
- Prior Internal Audit experience including Audit Quality, Audit Compliance & AC Reporting
- Experience of Telecom Industry will be preferred
- Competencies:
- Knowledge of Internal Audit Procedure including IPPF
- Experience in Audit Committee and Board Reporting
- Experience in auditing large organizations
- Experience of Risk Assessment Techniques and Annual Audit Planning
- Hands-on experience of TeamMate+ or any other Audit Management System
- Strong working knowledge of the telecom industry
- Strong Knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk and Controls)
