MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achievement of assigned revenue target digital services
  • Improve receivables by 20% (applicable on 70% of services)
  • Provide best in class customer experience by tailoring products as per customer needs and providing timely resolution
  • Ensure retention of existing customers (2-5% improvement over baseline)
  • Conversion of fresh business leads (new customer adding on)(Projected v/s Actual= 200%)
  • Timely Revision of Existing Contracts / Agreements
  • Manages corporate clients through service need analysis and after sales support
