Major Responsibilities include:
Planning
- Maintain an up-to-date CSR Policy
- Develop an annual CSR Budget
- Develop an annual CSR Plan
Designing Interventions
- Develop in-house interventions for Diversity and Inclusion
- Develop quarterly interventions for PTCL Razakaar – the company’s internal volunteer force
- Liaison with external partners to develop interventions for other focus areas of the CSR Plan
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Drafts and maintains MoUs for all project collaborations
- Follows up on project deliverables as per agreed timelines
- Processes payments and donations
Reporting
- Fulfil reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders
- Design and delivers the Annual CSR Handbook
Running Employee Volunteerism
- Maintain an up-to-date PTCL Razakaar database w.r.t. volunteer information and hours expended on each activity
- Deliver quarterly reports to the Top Management for each initiative closed
- Collaborate with the Corporate Communication team in development of media for mass circulation
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification:
- Professional Degree in Management Sciences or Communications
Experience:
- Atleast 3 to 5 Years’ experience in relevant field.
