MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a structured program of shopper Excellence for his channel and be recognized as an expert in shopper and channel understanding and insights through formal research and shopper immersions for his channel.
  • Identify priority channels for the Category/Market and recommend tailored Channel plans in line with overall market strategy
  • Develop and propose the in-store vision of success for the channel in each category. Support its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.
  • Contribute channel inputs by identifying the key opportunities and possible action plans for each priority Channel in the market.
  • Recommend actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding on shopper behavior within the priority Channel(s).
  • Recommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge. Ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed and evaluated
  • Continuously source, update and communicate latest developments, trends, initiatives and competitive actions within the channel, assessing implications/opportunities for PTCL categories and brands.
  • Work with sales teams to define and develop appropriate channel & key customer execution at the Channel level.
  • Develop and implement innovative ways to retain customer & channel Loyalty through Superior channel management Services by recommending innovative channel segmentation & drives.
  • Translate Marketing initiatives into channels activity plans including: in-store targets, promotional guidelines, selling stories etc.
  • Provide all necessary physical support materials (sales aids, buyer boxes, samples etc.).
  • Use customer insights to develop channel specific selling story.
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
  • Ensure continuous improvement
