IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Develop strategic plan to attain assigned revenue target through respective regional team while enhancing team's performance.

• Develop market campaigns & strategy to retain and increase the number of subscriber’s base
• Supervise and carry out maintenance work of assigned network.
• Analyze business cases & identify critical areas for maintenance as well as business growth.
• Ensure proactive measures to improve service quality and service delivery.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Prepare execution plan to enhance operational efficiency & devise strategy to boost business
• Ensure achievement of financial Revenue Targets and revenue realization
• Monitor network conditions at exchanges/sites and prepare a business case proposition for maintenance or rehabilitation to improve service quality and increase sales.
• Active participation with ANR/development wing for deployments of network
• Ensure trouble free end-end process of provision of new connection to customers
• Accelerate pending installations or order conversion in a specific area due to any reason.
• Arrange corrective and preventive maintenance within jurisdictional area
• Devise techniques to improve MTT/MTTP by redesigning the rectification process and ensure corrective measures are taken on-time and proficiently to improve customer satisfaction
• Maintain line stability of exchanges and identify weak areas.
• Execute Rehab projects as per Quality Assurance Standards & Supervise network upgradation processes and carry out a cost-benefit analysis
• Ensure GIS Mapping, Exclusive workforce mapping and subscribers mapping.
• Review exchange level statistical reports and monitor connections with repeated/prolonged faults
• implementation of cost-efficient controls to ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines
• Coordinate with relevant internal authorities to ensure the safe keeping of network and PTCL assets
• Co-ordinate with agencies to protect and safeguard PTCL Network during development activities
• Periodic rationalization of available resources.
• Monitor TOS Retention activities for better financial results.
• Ensure EHS compliance (security and safety of team, network, hand holes, PVC ducts and cables) & compliance with legal and ethical standards.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

Masters in Business Administration; BE (Electronics) /MS (Telecom Engg.), Specialization in Network Management.
