JOB OVERVIEW
Senior Manager (Content Management) is responsible for End-to-End Content Management, Content Acquisition & Partnerships and Content Operations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the entire content portfolio, directions and roadmap of the content served through PTCL Smart TV, Smart TV App and other video services.
- Responsible for overseeing the overall business of linear and non-linear content.
- Responsible to explore content partnerships to support maximum revenue generation and assist product development in business plans.
- Responsible for increasing on-demand content consumption through marketing campaign (ATL/BTL).
- Responsible for routine management of content uploads and availability and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Analyze and review reports of content consumption with respect to TV Channels & on-demand content services for PTCL Smart TV and Smart TV App services.
- Identify Operational issues, Gap analysis and Coordination of resource for efficient workflow.
- Initiates, maintains, monitors and controls the offering and functions relevant to linear TV and on-demand content for PTCL Smart TV & OTT Services.
- Supports to implement any customization on the TV platform leading to revenue generation, in collaboration with IPTV technical operation team and Smart TV Team.
- Responsible to ensure that all required and demanded linear and non-linear content is timely uploaded on PTCL Smart TV and Smart TV App.
- Ensures the quantity and quality of content ideation, production, publication, management, promotion etc.
- Responsible for smooth and correct content formatting, encoding, transcoding, uploading and suave flows of IPTV & OTT platforms.
- Responsible for listening to customer’s issues/problems and its resolution for linear and non-linear content.
- Coordination with zonal/regional/ consumer sales/customer care team for any type of content issues.
- Entertaining all sort of operational queries raised by any stake holders related to the product.
Qualification:
- Masters/Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
Experience:
- Minimum 7-8 years’ of experience with Content Creation & OTTP Services.
Other skills:
- Content monetizing skills
- Support for FPCs (Fix Point Chart) and EPGs
- Proficient with MS Office
- Great Communication & Project Management skills
- Team building & Teamwork
