- Development of Recruitment & Selection policy parameters and ensuring compliance.
- Knowing & categorizing all Stakeholders & required processes to manage their expectations.
- Defining & implementing Customer Services principles & approaches.
- Defining, developing & managing competency based Talent Management process.
- Execution & monitoring of Recruitment & Selection activities.
- Designing, rolling out & establishing internal & external Employer Branding related activities.
- On boarding & managing Talent Acquisition Partners (external Agencies).
- Building effective teams.
- Implementation of Talent Acquisition & On boarding measurements/ metrics.

Education
- Master’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration from a reputed University
