IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Monitor commercial evaluations of bids as per the approved financial/procurement policies.
- Contract management.
- Supply Chain management
- Pre-Audit role.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, Financial/Procurement Manual, and best practices.
- Execution of assignments as assigned by Line manager.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT?
- Supervising the execution of approved procurement plan for respective domain that include Information Systems and applications.
- Preparing reports for having the effective price/contract negotiations.
- Conducting special assignments and consulting engagements.
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards, Financial/Procurement Manual and best practices.
- Preparing draft reports for management review.
- Ensure compliances of Financial/Procurement policies & procedures.
- Performing duties under pressure.
- Qualification
- ACA/ACMA/ACCA/Masters/Bachelors (with 16 Years Education) in Finance/Accounts.
- Experience
- Relevent experience in finance/accounts/budgeting/procurement.
- Experience of Telecom Industry will be preferred.
- Competencies
- Knowledge of IFRS.
- Experience in designing and implementing procedures and controls.
- Strong working skill in Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
- Knowledge of business processes, technical systems, and Supply chain etc.
- Strong Communication/ Presentation/ Negotiation skills.
