We are a multivitamin brand looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative / Telesales Representative to work in our eCommerce store.
Terms of Responsibilities:
- Answer customer queries in a professional manner
- Guide products' details to customer
- Customer service on phone and chat
- Negotiation with customers
- Take online orders from customers and forward to dispatch department
- Mark customer complaints and update them
To be a part of our company, you should:
- Be professional in communication
- Have impeccable experience
- Must not be enrolled in any educational curriculum or involved at any full/part time job.
- Willing to work for minimum 12 months
The role offered by the company entails
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Should be target-oriented, hard-working and punctual.
- Applicant should preferably have previous Telesales experience.
