Key Responsibilities
- Create effective, highly engaging training material to be made available in our learning management system.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to design and develop bespoke training programs.
- Design digital content based on new/existing/previous training materials.
- Develop and maintain visual and instructional design standards that align with the brand standards and requirements.
- Assist in the evaluation of program effectiveness.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- Must possess a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor’s Degree, in any field.
Specialist Skills and Experience Required
- 1-3 years of experience in developing learning content.
- Degree in education/multimedia design/related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong track record of creating effective and engaging training material.
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories.
- Experience in designing and developing customer service and software training programs.
- Ability to set priorities, manage time, organize work, and meet deadlines independently.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (in particular PowerPoint).
