We are seeking a Graphic Designer to work from home in a full-time, permanent role.
- You will be responsible for working with the marketing and product teams to develop and design an array of materials, in particular, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of our digital transformation platform.
- You will be very creative in your graphic design and already have a strong design portfolio showcasing your work in all forms of communications including websites, brochures, flyers, logos, advertisements, packaging, displays, emails, website, videos, and social media.
The ideal candidate for this position must be able to provide a link to this portfolio.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for the Graphic Designer include, but not limited to the following:
- Design and maintain all marketing materials such as websites, brochures, flyers, logos, product packaging, advertisements and more
- Must have strong Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma skills
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and deadlines
- Work directly with the sales & marketing team to produce custom-branded flyers and brochures
- Design graphics and booth layouts for trade show displays
- Design and coordinate product launch materials
- Ensure all final artwork files are accurate and error-free, including file construction, organization, and final production
- Prepare pre-press artwork files and release them to spec for outside vendors
- Review print proofs and first-run items for accuracy and print quality
- Maintain product image library
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for the Graphic Designer are :
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) applications
- Strong creative and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines while effectively managing time
- Ability to multi-task effectively under pressure, balancing speed and quality
- Exceptional communication and team skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to proof work
- Willingness to learn and adapt as job and/or organization change
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Must have demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled with working with pictures in graphics programs or other applications, including creating simple graphics, manipulating the appearance, and inserting graphics into other programs.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design
