We are a technology startup developing a next generation family of mobile apps that will require in-house access to artists from various specializations including artists, actors and models.
We are currently accepting applications for a Talent Recruiter. Candidates would search the world for undiscovered talent in the entertainment industry. Scouting would be accomplished through a mixture of in-person and online media outlets, networking and social media. As a Talent Recruiter, your primary goal is continually recruit quality candidates for in-house projects, as well as for outside clients in future.
1) Conducting searches to identify candidates of interest
2) Contacting potential candidates and recruiting them
3) Interviewing candidates to understand their qualifications, interests, and goals
4) Coaching/advising candidates, as needed, whether to help them improve their portfolio, skills, marketing efforts, or adjusting their expectations
5) Finalizing candidates’ acceptances of offers, resulting in successful placements
6) Maintaining ongoing relationships with your candidates, and continually growing your network
May include field work. Ability to travel (on company expense) would be required as part of the job.
